Painted this from a combination of two pictures

I took last summer while camping

at beautiful Waldo Lake in Oregon.

It is gorgeous country

that was experiencing terrible wildfires

in various parts of the state,

but created amazing sunsets.

Two Yellow Kayaks

Painted for Pam Van Londen's Monthly challenge. Although using acrylics, I went for a lighter, watercolor feel by applying thin layers of paint.
