About the Artist

My photo
Jean Nelson Paintings and Photography
Oregon, United States
Welcome to my art space. I have loved artistic ventures all my life, and have dabbled in many creative enterprises over the years, such as hand quilting, stenciling, drawing, writing, photography, jewelry, graphic art in my job, among other things. I began painting a little over three years ago using acrylics and more recently oils. I love interpreting my world with paints. Most of my paintings are 'small works' 8" x 10", 8" x 8", 6" x 8", 5" x 7", and 6" x 6" on canvas panels (or fine French linen paper, made especially for acrylic painting) - all are acid free and archival.
