Some scenes are too lovely to pass up.

Summer Showers

Summer in the Country

While traveling this summer I saw many wonderful country scenes like this.
I painted this one en plein air and finished it in my studio.

Green Light

Plein air sketch painted last summer,
of  one of my favorite forest campgrounds
and hiking trails in the Oregon Cascades
near the Columbia River.
I dug it out and did a few finishing touches to it.
